Updates Arsenic and Silicon

Oh man, it's been awhile since I could just sketch something for the fun of it.

So, I've been working on updating a few characters, both in design and personality. For those who don't know, Dr. Arsenic is on the left, with Dr. Silicon on the right.

Arsenic is the "asshole" Flint and Zinc keep referring to in Talking to Myself while Silicon is the robotics expert with a love of explosives Flint mentioned. Arsenic's age for this sketch is in his 70's (Zinc's time) while this Silicon is a much younger version of him in his 20's (Flint's time when he first starts working at the lab). Otherwise, Arsenic and Silicon are around the same age.

So yes, Arsenic first I suppose. Design wise, I kind of updated the sketch I had in the collection book with his surgeon's lab coat. Still has his gun at his side, but now he's got surgeon's gloves rather than the big rubber gloves from that sketch. And I changed that from his OTHER design since his tie's always hidden under his beard so it looks odd.

Personality wise, I've found a mental illness that fits Arsenic perfectly. Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD) [link] not to be mistaken for OCD. OCPD is, from wikipedia:

"Obsessive–compulsive personality disorder (OCPD) is a personality disorder which involves an obsession with perfection, rules, and organization. People with OCPD may feel anxious when they perceive that things are not right. This can lead to routines and rules for ways of doing things, whether for themselves or their families."

So, basically... Arsenic. Other slight changes to Arsenic is that now he's strictly a surgeon (a long time ago, he was just... a doctor...), being the best in his entire field. Because of his compulsive ways, he worked his way around the loss of his eye (lost in his depth perception) to continue working in operations. Have a surgery with him, and you're pretty much guaranteed for it to be successful.

He's still an asshole, though.

Silicon has had some tweaks, too. First, design wise, I gave him a gold tooth. Mostly because I've notice that I haven't given anyone anything different with their teeth and it bothered me. He's also missing toes now.

Personality wise, I'm still sorta working on Silicon. It's odd, since he's not super developed to my liking despite being one of my way oldest characters (because he's always ALWAYS has just been "that secondary character" I suppose). Some things that I have changed:

Never finished high school or ever went to college, but instead worked in the mines near Treaka. He impressed Arsenic with his ingenuity and was hired before Arsenic realized he didn't have a degree in anything (let alone a GED).

Went from fairly careless to completely and utterly careless. He never worries about anything, even when it's completely legit to.

A complete pack-rat.

Instead of a fear of women, he's more of a womanizer and hits on women often. He's still not at all interested in an actual relationship, though.

So yeah, doing stuffffff.
